ALF and SNF Consultancy
Our in-house specialists provide consultancy services in ALF (Assistive Living Facility) settings that include UAS audits to improve patient care focusing on maximization of UAS scores with bi-weekly reports.
SNF (Skilled Nursing Facility) consultancy includes CMI specialist, regional and rehab Director training, staffing analysis, Rehab MDS – PDPM audit, OMIG, Medicare, Medicaid, HMO audits and appeals, and Rehab Optima business intelligence specialist.
Improving Function and Mobility
Physical and Occupational Therapy uses skilled physical activities, targeted exercises, and additional treatments to help with pain management, relaxation technique training, and compensatory technique training. For lasting benefits, particularly in a home care setting, we believe Physical and Occupational Therapy should be integrated into a clients’ regular routine as much as possible.
